Refund Policy

At The Be Better Academy by Oliver Bukasa, we are committed to providing high-quality program and thinking pathways, insights, digital products and consulting resources. By purchasing our services, you agree to the following refund terms:

1. Programs, Pathways and Personalised Services

• Fees for programs, pathways or personalised sessions are non-refundable once a program has begun, as these involve dedicated guidance and tailored resources.

• If you need to reschedule a session, we require at least 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, the session may be forfeited.

• Unused sessions in a prepaid package may be eligible for a credit toward future programs and pathways, but are not refundable.
   

2. Digital Products & Courses

• Purchases of digital products, online courses, or downloadable resources are non-refundable due to their immediate delivery and access. 

• If you encounter technical issues preventing access, contact us at officialbebetteracademy@gmail.com for support. 

3. Exceptions 

• Any exceptions to these policies are at the discretion of The Be Better Academy and must be requested in writing.
